Position: Barback (Lido)
About: Responsible for the complete setup of bar area, restocking, and assisting the bartender before and during the shift. Maintains par level stocks and supports bartending activities.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred; ability to read, comprehend and carry out instructions; excellent command of the English language; strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks; adherence to hygiene and sanitation standards; punctuality and reliability; physical ability to work standing for 8 hours, bend, kneel, lift at least 40 pounds, and handle objects with hands
