Position: Barback job
About: The Biltmore Hotel is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Barback to join their team. The barback will be responsible for maintaining knowledge of food, beverage, and bar recipes, as well as upholding service standards set by management. This position involves providing beverage and food services in the Biltmore Bar and other assigned areas, while ensuring cleanliness and adherence to departmental procedures.
Requirements: High school diploma is required; minimum two years’ server experience preferred. Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English; compute accurate mathematical calculations; prioritize and organize tasks; work well as part of a team; demonstrate good judgment and problem-solving skills; work in a dynamic environment.
