Position: Barback job
About: Miami Hotel and Residences is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Barback to maintain high standards of service in our bar and lounge areas. The role involves ensuring cleanliness, assisting with inventory, and collaborating with the team to guarantee guest satisfaction.
Requirements: Minimum of two years experience as a Barback; legal age to serve alcohol; physically fit to lift liquor boxes and stand for long hours; strong knowledge of bar menu items; willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays; friendly, responsible, punctual, and customer service oriented; excellent communication skills; ability to multi-task; attention to detail, cleanliness, and safety; High School degree, GED, or Equivalent; excellent verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (preferred); ability to work well under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies
