Requirements: 1-2 years of fine dining experience; cleanliness, organization, and ability to work well in a team setting required; food and wine knowledge is a plus; minimum age to serve alcohol; high school diploma or equivalent education; strong dedication to learning and progressing in a fine dining setting; excellent basic math skills and proficiency in cash register POS system and Microsoft based computer systems; impeccably groomed with good hygiene and posture; responsive to constructive feedback from Chef, Managers, or Captains
