About: Joia Beach is a vibrant beachfront lounge located in Miami, FL, seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Barback/Bartender to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our lounge.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in bar operations preferred; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and perform various tasks as needed
