Position: Barback/ Barporter, Casino, Day Shift
About: Great opportunity to grow and learn to bartend, Day Shift, Mon-Tues off. Performs the service of replenishing stock and all required cleaning behind the bar to facilitate smooth service flow to customers by the Bartender/Cocktail Server. Assists in maintaining stock and cleanliness, retrieving special requests, icing glasses, and pouring drinks. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Flexibility in fingers and hands, mathematical abilities, previous bartending experience helpful. Physical requirements include mobility, ability to stand continuously, move heavy objects, work in hot/cold environments. Missouri Gaming Commission license may be required, initial license paid by employee.
