Requirements: Some college or advanced food and beverage operations training and 3-5 years’ experience in banquets or food and beverage operations, including one-year supervisory experience; must speak fluent English; previous demonstrated experience managing within the New York Collective Bargaining Agreement is required (CBA); ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds, move about function areas, handle objects, bend, stoop, and kneel; excellent communication, reading, writing, mathematical, problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational, and training abilities; alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required; may be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
