Position: Banquets/In-Room Dining Sous Chef
About: Four Seasons, located at One North 19th Street, is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor / Cook to join their culinary team. The Sous Chef role involves leading the team in creating innovative and high-quality dishes, overseeing food preparation, collaborating with the Executive Chef on menu development, training kitchen staff, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring kitchen cleanliness and compliance with health regulations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree preferred; proven experience in a kitchen supervisory role; strong knowledge of culinary techniques and safety practices; ability to lead and mentor staff; excellent organizational and communication skills
