Position: Banquet Sous Chef – Silver Legacy (Reno)
About: The Sous Chef at Caesars Entertainment is responsible for working the kitchen line during busy periods, covering breaks, vacations, changeovers, and callouts. They hold a leadership position, stepping in for the Room Chef when necessary, and must maintain high standards of quality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of cooking experience with some supervisory experience; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment; strong communication and interpersonal skills; familiarity with kitchen equipment and sanitation practices
