Position: Banquet Sous Chef
About: Renaissance Hotels is seeking a talented and experienced individual to oversee the daily kitchen operations at their establishment, ensuring exceptional culinary standards and a memorable guest experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining budgetary goals, and upholding sanitation and food quality standards to deliver outstanding service to customers.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area. OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
