About: Valley Forge Casino & Resort is seeking a full-time Sous Chef to join their growing culinary and Banquet team. The right candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment and bring innovation to the team.
Requirements: A two-year college degree or equivalent education/experience preferred; a degree in culinary arts or restaurant management is a plus; one to two years of experience in a related position; thorough knowledge of Food and Beverage/Hospitality practices and procedures; ability to work with and understand financial information and data; must be Serv-Safe certified
