Position: Banquet Sous Chef
About: Virgin Hotels is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to play a crucial role in overseeing food preparation and operations, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient management. The Sous Chef will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to maintain department objectives and budget, guaranteeing excellence in food service.
Requirements: High school or equivalent education required; Food Service Handler Card valid for a minimum of at least 6 months; Ability to work a flexible schedule; Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees; Physically mobile and capable of handling kitchen tools and equipment; Knowledge and experience in overseeing food preparation and kitchen operations
