Position: Banquet Sous Chef
About: The Daniel Island Golf Club in Charleston, SC is seeking a Banquet Chef to join their team. This exclusive private country club offers Thirty-Six Holes of Championship Golf, state-of-the-art Tennis and Fitness Centers, and various dining concepts overlooking Charleston marshlands.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experiences in a luxury catering and or banquet high volume production setting; 1 to 2 years in a similar managerial role; Displays leadership in hospitality, exemplifying excellent customer service and creating a positive atmosphere for guests; Proficiency with computers and software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; Task and detail-oriented with the ability to oversee food preparation for banquet or catering events
