Position: Banquet Sous Chef

Requirements: Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English; 3-5 years of previous culinary experience in department head positions; proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to cost out recipes and effectively organize production; strong knowledge of food production, event execution, and F&B concepts; flexibility to work varying schedules including weekends and holidays; physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry weights; willingness to promote teamwork and contribute to a positive work environment.
