Requirements: Culinary Degree respected but not required; 3-5 years of previous experience in culinary/food and beverage department head positions, including event and banquet food production; Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excellent knowledge of food with experience in event production and execution; Ability to work varying schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
