Position: Banquet Executive Chef
About: Oversees all culinary aspects of banquet and catering functions in conjunction with the executive chef. The company is looking for a dedicated individual to lead the culinary operations for special banquet themes and events, ensuring consistency in food preparation and adherence to safety standards.
Requirements: 1-2 years as a Sous Chef; College degree or equivalent degree from a recognized culinary institute preferred; Previous hospitality experience required
