Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary education preferred; experience in a kitchen setting required; attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to work harmoniously with team members essential; proficiency in operating and maintaining kitchen equipment like fryer, broiler, stove, etc.; proficient knife skills required; ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy weights
