Position: Banquet Cook

Requirements: Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification required; ability to work in a humid kitchen environment for 8+ hours; capable of lifting/pushing/reaching/carrying 30+ pounds; excellent verbal communication and multitasking skills; 6 months to 1 year of high volume and/or fine dining cook experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent experience/training
