Position: Banquet Chef – White River Conference Center
About: Bass Pro Shops is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join their banquet kitchen team, responsible for planning, organizing, and executing banquets.
Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a high-volume banquet kitchen and a minimum of 2 years experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de partie; Strong knowledge of food safety; Ability to work flexible hours and days; Knowledge of current culinary trends; Ability to lead and mentor a team; Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications; Basic computer skills; Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift, and carry heavy objects; Ability to lift 50 lbs
