Position: Banquet Chef – White River Conference Center
About: Bass Pro Shops, a renowned outdoor retailer, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Banquet Sous Chef/ Chef de Partie for their dynamic kitchen operations.
Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a high volume banquet kitchen and a minimum of 2 years experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie; Strong knowledge of food safety; Ability to work flexible hours and days; Ability to lead and mentor a team of culinary professionals; Basic Computer Skills using hardware and software; Ability to stand for extended periods of time; Ability to bend, lift, and carry heavy objects; Ability to lift 50 lbs
