Position: Banquet Chef

Requirements: 2-5 years of commercial cooking experience, with a focus on quality and high-volume events; Formal culinary training or additional certifications are a plus; Experience in banquet or catering environments, focusing on meal preparation and flawless execution; Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required; Ability and availability to travel nationwide; Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment; Expert knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation; Ability to manage and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and efficient kitchen; Exceptional interpersonal skills to maintain client relationships and handle high-pressure situations; Proficiency with commercial kitchen equipment and experience in maintaining food safety standards; Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and adapt to the physical demands of the job
