Requirements: A minimum of three years of previous Culinary supervisory or management experience; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Ability to embrace technology for operational efficiency; Knowledge of implementing new food concepts and menus; Budgetary analysis capabilities are a plus; Flexibility to work weekends and holidays; Luxury hotel experience is a plus
