Position: Banquet Chef

With 16,000 square feet of sophisticated meeting and event space, we strive to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Requirements: 5+ years of culinary experience in luxury hotels or high-volume catering operations; Proven experience as a Banquet Chef or similar role; Culinary degree from an accredited institution; Strong knowledge of current food trends, international cuisines, and dietary restrictions; ServSafe certification; Excellence in classic and contemporary cooking techniques; Strong leadership and team management abilities; Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment; Excellent organizational and time management skills
