Position: Banquet Chef
About: This position is within a banquet functions/private parties setting, working closely with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef. The role involves supervising production personnel, managing food costs, interacting with guests and team members during events.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; outgoing personality, honesty, integrity, and courtesy essential; ability to communicate effectively and work well with others; strong organizational and time management skills; experience in menu planning, food production, and personnel supervision preferred
