Position: Banquet Chef
About: White River Conference Center, located in Springfield, MO, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Banquet Chef to oversee the planning, organization, and execution of banquets.
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years experience in a high-volume banquet kitchen; minimum of 2 years experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de partie; strong knowledge of food safety; ability to work flexible hours and days; knowledge of current culinary trends; ability to lead and mentor a team; strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications; basic computer skills; ability to stand for extended periods; ability to bend, lift, and carry heavy objects; ability to lift 50 lbs
