Position: BANQUET CHEF

About: Join our Culinary team at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans as the Banquet Chef. The Banquet Chef will oversee the banquet kitchen in a 1200-room hotel with 200,000 sq ft of meeting space, working closely with the Executive Chef to deliver high-quality banquet services for a range of events.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; prior banquet kitchen experience, preferably in hotels; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to exceed guest expectations in a fast-paced environment; culinary education or relevant on-the-job training; proficiency in computer skills
