Position: Bakery & Prepared Foods Associate Team Leader (Bakery, Culinary, Deli Assistant Department Manager)
About: Whole Foods Market is seeking a dedicated individual to assist the Team Leader in all aspects of Multi-Team and department daily operations, ensuring profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, and regulatory compliance. The role includes leading and developing Team Members while upholding the company’s core values and high standards of customer service and safety regulations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 18+ months retail Team Member experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience; advanced knowledge of supported department products; excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills; proficient mathematical skills for financial assessment; ability to work flexibly including nights, weekends, and holidays; physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand/walk for 6-8 hours, and handle various motions and working conditions.
