Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 6-12 months retail or restaurant experience; completion of Bakery Decorator Apprentice training program or equivalent experience; efficient cake and pastry decorating skills including piping techniques and color theory knowledge; ability to follow recipes and procedures; strong communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; must be able to lift 50 pounds; standing/walking 6-8 hours per 8-hour shift; ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
