Position: Bakery Cake Decorator – Part Time
About: Whole Foods Market is looking for a talented Bakery Decorator to join their team. The Bakery Decorator will be responsible for creating and decorating cakes, tarts, pastries, and special-order items with artistic flair, while upholding quality standards and providing exceptional customer service in line with the company’s core values and goals.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of 6-12 months retail or restaurant experience; completion of Bakery Decorator Apprentice training program or equivalent experience; efficient cake and pastry decorating skills; strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment; flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; knowledge of FDA approved cleaning chemicals and exposure to various working conditions
