Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 6-12 months retail or restaurant experience; completion of Bakery Decorator Apprentice training program or equivalent experience; strong communication skills; ability to lift 50 pounds and work in varying temperatures and conditions; flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; knowledge of cake decorating techniques and recipe following; teamwork and customer service orientation
