Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 6-12 months of retail or restaurant experience; completion of Bakery Decorator Apprentice training program or equivalent experience; proficiency in cake and pastry decorating, color theory, icing techniques, recipe following, knife handling, and teamwork; ability to lift 50 pounds, stand/walk for 6-8 hours, use hand dexterity, and work in varied temperatures and conditions; flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; experience in a professional bakery or grocery retail preferred
