Position: Baker Sous Chef

Requirements: A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Baker, in a lead or supervisory role; In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment; Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices; Ability to read and follow recipes accurately; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality baked goods; Effective communication and leadership skills; Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment; Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
