Requirements: Prior baking experience specifically in breads and cakes preferred; Food Safety Manager Certification required; Passion for the baking process and continuous improvement; Ability to problem-solve and maintain high-quality standards; Detail-oriented and collaborative spirit; Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment; Available for early morning, weekend, and holiday shifts;
