About: The Pueblo of Sandia is looking for a dedicated Baker to join their team. The Baker will be responsible for delivering high-quality pastries and baked goods while adhering to standardized procedures and safety regulations. The role reports to the First Baker and the Pastry Chef, with an emphasis on maintaining cleanliness and quality in the work area. Requirements: High school diploma, GED certification or equivalent; One year of experience in high volume hotel/restaurant or food service capacity in pastry production; Culinary school education preferred
