Position: Baker – Becca Restaurant & Garden, The Historic Cavalier Hotel
About: The Baker prepares food in accordance with production requirements and standard recipes and is most often assigned to work the pastry station supporting restaurants, banquets, and in-room dining. The Baker maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe station at all times to ensure safe and quality products are delivered to guests. The successful Baker will effectively set up the assigned station, produce products consistent with quality standards and recipes, and have exemplary attendance.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; clear knowledge of job skills and property standards; exemplary attendance record; experience in pastry or baking preferred
