Position: Baker – Bakery – Aria

Requirements: One year of experience as a professional baker in a high-volume, large production baking environment; Previous experience in a hotel environment; Proven ability to manage and execute high volume bakery and pastry production efficiently; Extensive pastry skills with experience in fine dining; Proficient in a wide range of baking and pastry techniques; Prior experience in a luxury environment and knowledgeable of a Forbes Travel Guide 5-Star and AAA 5-Diamond rating and their importance; Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms; Knowledge of standard kitchen equipment and supplies, including toasters, refrigerators, coolers, slicers, beverage machines, mixers, VCR, and small wares; Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations; High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; Flexibility to work various shifts and hours as needed, including weekends and holidays
