Position: Baker 3 – Lead

Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; 1-2 years of job-specific work experience with demonstrated competence; Must be at least 18 years of age; Food Handler Permit; Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, verbal communication skills, conflict management, and dispute resolution skills; Competency in reading, writing, arithmetic, basic knowledge of culinary terms, and knife skills; Ability to multi-task, handle kitchen equipment, learn recipes, and follow direction from Chef or Sous Chef; Exercise judgment, problem-solving skills, and understanding of Snowbird operations; Must be able to work weekends, holidays, early mornings, late evenings, and flexible shifts; Preparedness for occasional overnight stays due to road closures and ability to cope with stress from public interactions, winter conditions, and commuting challenges; Physical requirements include standing/walking for extended periods, lifting 30 lbs, bending, kneeling, handling, reaching, grasping, and performing repetitive motions.
