Position: BackLot – Executive Kitchen Manager
About: Harkins Theatres, the largest independently owned theatre company with 32 locations across four states and over 90 years of history, is seeking an Executive Kitchen Manager (EKM) for their Norterra-North Phoenix location to oversee culinary staff operations and uphold Harkins’ BackLot operational standards.
Requirements: At least 3 years of Culinary Management experience, with 2 years as an Executive Chef in a high-volume establishment; 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to supervise and motivate staff effectively, work well under pressure; professional attitude, attention to detail, well-organized, and capable of multi-tasking; strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; SERV Safe Certification; proficiency in workplace language(s).
