Position: BackLot – Executive Kitchen Manager
About: Harkins Theatres, the largest independently owned theatre company with 32 locations in four states and over 90 years of history, is seeking an Executive Kitchen Manager (EKM) to oversee kitchen operations at the Norterra- North Phoenix location. The EKM will lead the culinary staff to deliver exceptional dishes in line with Harkins’ BackLot standards and regulations, ensuring a profitable and safe work environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum legal age to work; at least 3 years of Culinary Management experience, with a minimum of 2 years as an Executive Chef in a high-volume setting; 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to supervise and motivate staff effectively; strong organizational and multitasking abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office; SERV Safe Certification required or willingness to obtain; fluency in the primary language(s) used in the workplace
