Position: BackLot – Executive Kitchen Manager
About: Harkins Theatres, the largest independently owned theatre company with 32 locations in four states and over 90 years of history, is seeking an Executive Kitchen Manager (EKM) for their Norterra-North Phoenix location. The EKM will be responsible for managing and operating the kitchen within budget while maintaining a profitable, safe, and sanitary work environment that aligns with Harkins’ BackLot operational standards and regulations, focusing on culinary excellence and exceeding guest expectations.
Requirements: At least 3 years of Culinary Management experience, with 2 years as an Executive Chef in a high-volume establishment; 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to supervise effectively, work well under pressure; professional attitude, attention to detail, well-organized, ability to multi-task; strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel; SERV Safe Certification; fluency in workplace language(s).
