About: Sidelines Italian Grille is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations under the guidance of the General Manager. Responsibilities include managing kitchen-related tasks such as purchasing, receiving, food preparation, staff supervision, and training.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in kitchen management preferred; strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations; excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to control costs and maintain quality standards
