About: Smokehouse 734 is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations under the direction of the General Manager. Responsibilities include managing kitchen-related tasks such as purchasing, receiving, food preparation, staffing, scheduling, training, and team development to uphold company standards and policies.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in kitchen operations and management essential; strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality standards; excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills; ability to control costs, handle inventory, and ensure menu consistency
