Position: Back of House (BOH) Floor Manager
About: A Back of House (BOH) Floor Manager position is available at Homeroom in Berkeley, CA. The role involves overseeing shift operations, customer experience, and sales performance while ensuring brand standards are met. The manager will lead and manage the BOH staff, following and coaching the team on company policies and procedures.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age; Eligible to work in the United States; Must be able to work 20-40 hours a week; Minimum 1 year in a supervisory kitchen role; Able to work holidays, weekends, events and other peak periods of the restaurant business; Provides leadership that inspires teamwork, generates energy and enthusiasm, and drives results; Ability to stand, bend, reach, and regularly lift 30-40 lbs throughout an assigned shift; Ability to walk outside between Homeroom’s two restaurants regularly throughout an assigned shift; High school graduate, or equivalent; Has experience working in a high-volume restaurant ($3M-5M+ annually), preferred; Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
