Position: Aventura Mall – Holiday Experiences Lead
About: Aventura Mall is the premier shopping destination in Miami and South Florida, highlighted by a collection of luxury brands, chef-driven restaurants, a rooftop venue, and an Arts collection. The mall caters to a diverse range of guests, offering a variety of experiences for all age groups.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a leadership or supervisory role; experience with cash handling and credit card transactions; 5+ years of customer service or retail experience; excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual or multilingual preferred; pursuit of CPR/First Aid and OSHA certifications preferred; must be able to multi-task and de-escalate difficult situations; familiarity with Aventura Mall and surrounding areas preferred. Must have full use of eyes and ears, full power of speech; ability to lift up to 25 lbs; constantly vigilant and aware of surroundings; perform supportive functions as needed.
