Position: Aventura Mall – Holiday Experiences Lead

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Experience in a leadership or supervisory role; Experience with cash handling and credit card transactions; 5+ years of experience in customer service or retail environment; Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Bilingual or Multilingual preferred; Preferred – pursuing CPR/First Aid and OSHA certifications; Must be able to multi-task and be a team player; Must be able to de-escalate difficult situations; Familiarity with Aventura Mall and surrounding areas preferred
