Position: Aventura Mall – Holiday Experiences Lead

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Experience in a leadership or supervisory role; Experience with cash handling and credit card transactions; 5+ years of experience in customer service or retail; Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Bilingual or Multilingual preferred; Pursuit of CPR/First Aid as well as OSHA certifications preferred; Ability to multitask and be a team player; Ability to de-escalate difficult situations; Familiarity with Aventura Mall and surrounding areas preferred; Must have full use of eyes and ears, full power of speech; Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs; Must be constantly vigilant and aware of surroundings; May be required to assist in other Concierge Services areas and greet/assist guests with questions and services
