Requirements: Bilingual is preferred; at least 1 year of customer service experience preferred; must be able to multi-task and be a team player; must be able to de-escalate difficult situations; familiarity with Aventura Mall and surrounding areas preferred; good communication skills, both verbal and written; possess basic computational ability; possess basic computer skills; adequate knowledge of the local area; extensive knowledge of the mall, its facilities, and services
