Position: Autograph Sous Chef
About: Autograph Brasserie, part of Marty Grims’ Fearless Restaurants, is currently seeking a Sous Chef to join their team. Fearless Restaurants is a multi-concept group of 10 independent restaurants based in Philadelphia, PA and Long Beach Island, NJ, known for its talent, teamwork, and creative approach. Autograph Brasserie offers a modern American menu with premium steaks, fresh seafood, hand-made pasta, and an impressive wine and cocktail list, all in a setting adorned with over 1000 celebrity autographs and music memorabilia.
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of cooking in a professional environment; professional demeanor with strong leadership skills; advanced knife handling skills; passion for purveyor/local farmer relationships; must have a CURRENT ServSafe Certification or PA Food Handlers; ability to work all kitchen stations confidently; experience in food budgeting, cost optimization, and staff education; creative mindset for menu innovation and family meal planning; strong cooking skills and technique
