Position: Autograph Executive Chef
About: Autograph Brasserie, part of Marty Grims’ Fearless Restaurants, located in Philadelphia, PA and Long Beach Island, NJ, is seeking an Executive Chef to join their team. The restaurant features a modern American menu with premium steaks, fresh seafood, and hand-made pasta, complemented by an impressive wine and specialty cocktail list. Autograph Brasserie, open seven days a week for lunch, dinner, weekend brunch, and private parties, is known for its rich history, French influence, and decor featuring over 1000 celebrity autographs, music albums, and authentic photographs celebrating American culture icons.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role in the culinary industry; creative with natural leadership skills; ability to develop dishes for seasonal menu changes; motivated to inspire and mentor team members to be organized, professional, and detail-oriented
