Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of cooking in a professional environment; professional demeanor with Jedi-like temperament; passion for purveyor/local farmer relationships; advanced knife handling skills; strong leadership skills; current ServSafe Certification or PA Food Handlers; creativity in menu development; sound cooking skill and technique; ability to work all stations including expo; proficient in food budgeting, cost optimization, and safety; staff education
