Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience in live events and hospitality AV; 3+ years of customer service and hospitality management experience; 2-3 years of hands-on experience with audiovisual setups in live event environments; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AV-related software; Valid driver’s license required; Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
